Painted

We’ve been repairing painted rims for many years and continue to do so day in day out. When repairing these rims we remove the tyres first and then put the wheels through our wet blasting process which is similar to sandblasting but not as harsh on the alloy.

Once dry any gutter rash damage is then repaired and followed with the primer coat. This is cured and followed with the colour coat, more often than not a silver metallic and once dry the rims then get 2 coats of a durable ceramic clear coat and are again cured and left overnight in the spray booth to harden.

The following morning we refit and balance your tyres, again all within the price of the repair and all in house.
